Atelier Haefeli Architects has a broad range of experience and is interested in all types of architectural projects, including one-off houses, alteration and additions, multi-residential and mixed use developments.

We provide a full Architectural Service for the duration of the project. Here is a brief explanation of the progressive stages:

• Initial sketch design
• Design development
• submitting the Development Application
• Preparing Contract Documentation
• Tendering and Negotiating
• Contract Administration

These Services are fully explained in our Client / Architect Agreement, which must be signed upon engaging the services of Atelier Haefeli.

Our fees are calculated as a percentage of the estimate cost of works, as agreed by the Client and then adjusted according to the actual Contract Price. We will submit a fee proposal on an individual basis.
